Cub Scouts - 30 Day Challenge

Post by Matthew.Graham »

Hello Everybody,

I hope that you are safe and healthy throughout this period of social distancing. While we may not be able to meet in person to continue advancement and activities, Councils across the country have been working on providing resources for Scouts, including what we call advancement challenges.

The Cub Scout 30 Day Challenge is a series of 4-5 Cub Adventures for each rank that can be earned over the course of a month, using items found within most homes and activities that families can do together. This will allow Cub Scouts who have been unable to attend meetings to be able to work on finishing their rank before summer arrives and they would traditionally promote ranks.

We hope that pack leaders and parents can use this to continue to educate their Scouts on the Scout Oath and Law, and continue their educational and extracurricular pursuits while schools have been shut down.

Further information on our Covid-19 response can be found here.
