Activity logs:
- Camping nights
- Hiked miles
- Service hours
All of these used to be in Scoutbook but are now recorded in Internet Advancement (https://scoutbook.scouting.org/).
However, Scouts that used to be in an LDS troop, who recently transferred into my new troop, show zeros for everything in Internet Advancement. They still have all their rank, list of merit badges, etc, but no activities.
So my question: is there a way to find the old activity logs that used to be in Scoutbook?
How do I find the activities that used to be in Scoutbook?

I shared this with Council Advancement Chait Bill Nelson
I hope this helps! Scoutbook Support should be able to help troubleshoot. What was entered in Scoutbook, if anything, should have transferred over to Internet Advancement.
If it didn’t the leader can try emailing scoutbook.support@scouting.org
Specifying the Scout’s names, and member IDs.

I've contacted scoutbook.support@scouting.org and created a ticket. Hopefully they'll be able to import the old activity logs.
Fingers crossed.
